The Maths Odyssey Award 2024

In 2024, the Odyssey Group in collaboration with Creative Edu Coaching Centre successfully organized a large-scale Mathematics MCQ Competition for students from Class 4 to Class 10. This event aimed to boost mathematical confidence, critical thinking, and quick decision-making skills among young learners.

The competition was divided into three levels:

• Level 1: Classes 4–5

• Level 2: Classes 6–8

• Level 3: Classes 9–10

Each level featured a carefully curated set of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) covering key mathematical topics such as Number Systems, Geometry, Arithmetic, Algebra, Mensuration, Data Handling, and Logical Reasoning. Students were challenged to solve concept-based and application-oriented problems within a fixed time frame, testing both accuracy and speed.

More than 300 students participated with great enthusiasm. Top performers were awarded trophies, medals and certificates while all participants received participation certificates to recognize their efforts.

The Mathematics MCQ Competition 2024 was a great success, encouraging students to develop a deeper interest in mathematics while promoting healthy academic competition. The event also highlighted the importance of conceptual understanding and time-bound problem-solving in mathematics education.
